All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued by our team. Until confirmation is provided, all services remain on request.

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package and travel dates. The remaining balance must be paid within the specified deadline shared at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are based on availability at the time of booking. Final pricing will be confirmed once the reservation is secured. Any changes in taxes, fees, or supplier costs may affect the final price.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel details at the time of booking. This includes full name (as per passport), contact information, and travel preferences. Sunward Travel Services USA is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all required travel documents are valid and up to date, including passports, visas, and any necessary permits. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure unless otherwise stated.

Any request for changes after booking confirmation is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes to travel dates, names, or services are not guaranteed and depend on supplier policies.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and supplier terms. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance. Sunward Travel Services USA is not responsible for any losses, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances during the trip.

Sunward Travel Services USA acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the trip due to circumstances beyond our control.
